New HUF PAN Card Application

PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is ten-digit unique alphanumeric number. The fourth character of PAN reflects the PAN holder's status. The letter 'H' represents HUF (E.g. AYZHG2108L).

You can apply for HUF PAN Card online by filling up the above HUF PAN Card Application Form and complete all steps with required documents.

For HUF PAN Card following documents are required:

1. HUF Deed
2. HUF Affidavit
3. HUF Gift Deed

1. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
2. Driving License.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
4. Aadhaar Card.
5. Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant.
6. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
7. Central Government Health Scheme Card.
8. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
9. Bank certificate in Original on letter head from the branch(along with name and stamp of the issuing officer) containing duly attested photograph and bank account number of the applicant.
10. Election Card / Voter ID.
11. Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
12. Arm’s license.
13. Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme photo card.
14. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
15. Passport.
16. Ration card having photograph of the applicant.

1. Domicile certificate issued by the Government.
2. Depository account statement less than 3 months old.
3. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Legislative Assembly.
4. Water Bill less than 3 months old.
5. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Gazetted officer.
6. Passport of Spouse (Husband/Wife).
7. Property Registration Document.
8. Driving License.
9. Post office passbook having address of the applicant.
10. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Municipal Councilor.
11. Election Card / Voter ID.
12. Latest property tax assessment order.
13. Certificate of identity in Original signed by a Member of Parliament.
14. Allotment letter of accommodation issued by the Central/State Government less than 3 years old.
15. Employer certificate in original.
16. Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill.
17. HUF Deed / Gift Deed / Affidavit.
18. Electricity Bill less than 3 months old.
19. Aadhaar Card.
20. Landline/Broadband connection bill less than 3 months old.
21. Credit card statement less than 3 months old.
22. Passport.
23. Bank account statement less than 3 months old.

HUF's Karta needs to sign the PAN Card Form. If he/she is unable to do sign then left thumb impression is required on form.

HUF PAN Card will be delivered to HUF Karta's Address by Courier mentioned in PAN Form while applying pan card for minor online. Address proof having same address needs to be submitted along with application.
